Winter is the season when the temperature begins to drop rapidly, and we need to stay warm. The winter season brings with it a plethora of seasonal veggies that are very beneficial to your health. But what about eating desserts that are considered healthy? You all must be thinking, how can deserts be healthy, Right? Don’t worry. We have some amazing healthy recipes that you can enjoy this winter season.

1.Sweet Potato Waffles (grain-free)

You will need a sweet potato, which is baked, coconut oil, almond milk vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking powder, salt and Coconut flour and tapioca flour. Follow these super easy steps to prepare this healthy recipe:

  • Bake a small sweet potato and mash it well
  • Take a bowl and put the mashed sweet potato, almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Whisk all these together.
  • Now add coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to the above mixture. Stir it well!
  • Take a preheated non-stick waffle iron and cook it until it becomes golden and crispy.
  • For your taste, you can add some fruits, honey or nuts to the top.

2.Chickpea Flour Waffles

This is rich in protein and a healthy recipe that is easy to make. All you need is 1.5 cup Chickpea flour, 2 cups milk, 2 tbsp cinnamon, ¼ salt, 2-4 tbsp sugar or honey, 2tbsp baking powder, ¼ cup apple sauce or two eggs.

  • You just need to mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk it properly.
  • Take a preheated non-stick waffles iron, and cook it until it becomes golden and crispy.
  • For your taste, you can add some fruits, honey or nuts to the top.

3.Pumpkin streusel Muffins

You need to work with a cup of pumpkin puree, 2 flax eggs, 1/2 cup coconut sugar,1/4 cup almond milk, apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 cup oat flour and almond flour, 2 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda,1 tsp cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and ¼ tsp salt. . Follow these super easy steps to prepare this healthy recipe:

  • The first step is to preheat the oven to 375ºF. Take pumpkin, prepared flax eggs, coconut sugar, milk vinegar, molasses, and maple syrup and whisk them in a bowl.
  • Now add dry ingredients and mix them well. Scoop into a lined muffin pan.
  • Take the streusel ingredients and mix them with a fork until moist and crumbly.
  • Top each muffin with a generous spoonful of streusel, pressing in lightly. Now, Bake for 20-23 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!

4.Almond Milk

An easy and healthy drink that can be made at home by following these steps:

  • You need to soak the almonds overnight or 1-2 hours in hot water.
  • Take a mixer and add these soaked almonds in it with 4 cups of water. And then blend it for 1-2 minutes!
  • After it is done, strain the mixture so that pulp and milk get separated. 

5.Hot Chocolate

A creamy, comfortable blender-made mug of nutritious vegan hot chocolate that’s especially rich and sweet thanks to the delectable inclusion of caramel candy-like dates!

  • Boil 1 cup of milk
  • Take 2 pitted Medjool date, 1 tbsp cacao powder and vanilla bean powder and blend it.
  • Put this mixture into a mug and add Chocó chips, whipped cream on the top.

6.Chocolate Rice crispy treats

Follow these easy steps to make a healthy recipe:

  • Add Natural Delights Pitted Medjool Dates, almond butter, and vanilla and mix them to make a smooth paste.
  • Mix rice cereal, cocoa powder, date paste, and salt to the smooth paste
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips and add them to the mixture. You are done!

7.Peach and cream crisp

To make this vegan and gluten-free recipe follow these steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. 
  • Take sliced peaches, coconut sugar, arrowroot starch, vanilla, and lemon juice and mix them in coconut milk. Put them into a baking dish.
  • Add some nuts, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a blender and blend them. Spread this on the peaches.
