The Hanafi School considers marriage obligatory even through online nikah in Pakistan subject to the following four conditions.
Four Conditions:
If a man is sure that he will commit Zina if he does not marry. If he cannot fast, or even fast, it does not help him control his passion. If fasting helps him, he must fast rather than marry. If he can pay the dower and can earn a lawful livelihood, he should marry even through online nikah in Pakistan. If he is not capable of earning his livelihood lawfully, he doesn’t need to marry. Marriage is forbidden to a man if he does not possess the means to maintain his wife and children or suffers from an illness serious enough to affect his wife and progeny.
No Love For Children:
It is disapproved of a man who possesses no sexual desire at all or has no love for children or who is sure to slacken in his religious obligations due to marriage or online nikah in Pakistan. The Prophet enjoined upon his followers to contract marriage because he had a definite object in view for them. There is a hadith in which he said: The Prophet considered marriage for a Muslim as ‘half of his din.’
Different Issue:
Perhaps this is because it may shield him from promiscuity, adultery, fornication, and sexual deviance, which could ultimately lead to many other crimes, including slander, violent quarreling, homicide, loss of property, and the disintegration of the family on which the Prophet has placed so much emphasis. According to the Prophet, the remaining half of the din, which is complementary to the first half, can be attained by taqwa (abandonment of what is forbidden and undertaking what is commanded). In yet another hadith, the Prophet mentioned the best thing that a Muslim can aspire to have after taqwa is a good and obedient wife.
Celibacy:
A non-Islamic practice in Islam does not subscribe to the view that the exercise of the sex instinct is incompatible with the highest degree of dignity or the cultivation of the noblest values. Instincts, just like mental faculties and physical prowess, are a gift from Allah. They are not evil in themselves; if they are properly used, they become good. If improperly used, they become evil, so it should be utilized even through online nikah in Pakistan. Therefore, if we define celibacy as abstaining from marriage and sexual relations for religious reasons, it violates human nature. This is the reason why Allah does not permit celibacy or monasticism as a way of life.
