You need to take out eight hours per day for your sleep. Sleeping for hours will result in magic for your skin. You see a change in your dark circles as well as your skin complexion.

Stress is your worst enemy. It is not only bad for your skin but also your physical health. Try to keep yourself positive and stay away from negative energies.

4.   Sun Protection is Essential.

Indoors and outdoors are not essential when talking about applying sunscreens. You require protection from heat, whether it be the sun or the stove.
