Antioxidants like zinc and folate have the capacity to increase fertility. They can do so by eliminating the free radicals that can damage eggs and sperm. Fruits, vegetables, Kefir and walnuts have a high amount of antioxidants and can increase the chance of conception by 23 percent.

2. Eating a Heavy Breakfast

Breakfast plays an important role in this regard. This is a specialized method to increase the fertility rate in women. Eating almost a full day’s calories in breakfast could help women to decrease their insulin by eight percent and testosterone level to its half. High amounts of these two can cause infertility.

3. Avoid Trans Fats

Trans fats can lead to infertility especially in women. Eating trans fats instead of unsaturated fats can increase the chance of infertility to 31 percent.

4. Cut Down Carbs

Eating carbs in high amounts can lead to infertility. This phenomenon is specific for women. Research shows that women who take high amounts of carbs can have a 78 percent chance of ovulatory infertility. So you should take low carbs in your diet.

5. Eat More Fibers

Fibers help to maintain the level of the hormones in the body and maintain the blood glucose level. Studies show that eating 10 percent more fibers can reduce the infertility chance by 44 percent.

6. Replace Proteins

Try to swap some animal proteins in your diet with plant proteins. This can help you to boost your fertility. Researches show that females who take 5 percent of their calories via plant proteins have 50 fewer chances of infertility.

7. High-Fat Dairy

Taking a high amount of dairy products with a low-fat percentage can lead to infertility. So try to choose those dairy products that have high amounts of fat.

8. Multivitamins

Multivitamins can help in female infertility treatment. According to research, the females who consume 3 multivitamins per week have a 20 percent less chance of infertility.

9. Remain Active

Activity can help you in this regard as well. Try exercise regularly, this will help you to boost your fertility rate.

10. Rest

Whenever you feel stressed, take an adequate amount of rest to relax. This will help to increase fertility.

11. Cut the Caffeine

Caffeine has a worse effect on your nerves and can lead to infertility. So try to cut down its use.

12. Maintain a Healthy Weight

Try to achieve the weight that suits your age and height. Both high and low weight can lead to infertility.

13. Increase Iron Intake

Iron can help you to boost fertility. You should take it with vitamin C, this will help you to absorb it.

14. Avoid Alcohol

Alcohol can affect all of your body organs. So try to decrease the consumption of alcohol to increase your fertility.

15. Avoid Unfermented Soy Products

Unfermented soy contains phytoestrogen that can cause infertility in both males and females. So try to avoid their use and prefer only fermented products.

Certain natural supplements can boost fertility. These natural supplements include maca, bee pollen, and royal jelly.The above methods can help you to boost your fertility.
